We have managed to stay super busy in June. Lots of splash pads and swimming, it's too hot to do much else. I love this little guy so much! He is such a joy to spend my days with.
Kevin and I also celebrated our 4th Anniversary this month and sadly enough we have no pictures of our fun date night to "Marriage Can be Murder" dinner show. We had a wonderful time though.
We always have to ride the train when we go to The District to play.
We've been checking out splash pads all over the city to find our favorites.
Xander loves playing in the water!

Jayne's Family splash pad is the best one we have found. It is completely fenced in so Xander can't run off. He is super fast these days!
I love this picture! The water looks so cool.
Xander and Sophie are becoming good buddies.

Pool time with Daddy. He plays so hard, but has so much fun!
I could just kiss those sweet cheeks all day!
Xander said, " I cold, towel!" Then I got some super sweet cuddles. It boggles my mind how it can be 115 out and you can actually be cold when you get out of the pool, but it's true.
Daddy got some sweet love too!
All better now! " Cheeee-burga!"
Play Date @ the Discovery Children's Museum. This place is very cool!
X-Man got so wet playing in the water room, I had to take his shirt off and use the hand dryer to dry it. Note to self: Be sure to have a change of clothes next time we go.
He had a ball!
X-Man is a very good climber. He takes after his Daddy for sure!
Xander traded hats with Kevin. I love how he is looking at his Daddy with such adoration. (My Dad is the coolest!)
I thought it would be smart to dress Xander in something bright for pictures with what I assumed would be red fire engines. Wrong! These fire engines are practically the same neon color as his shirt. Epic fail Mommy! Lol!

He thought he was a big boy climbing ton the "fiya-truk!
Our little fire fighter!
So cool!
Xander likes to make silly faces for me when I take his picture.
Look at those pretty teeth.
Playing with his "monsa-truks"!
Giddy Up Daddy!
He still enjoys playing with the train table at Barne's & Noble. He knows exactly where it is and immediately goes to it when we go there.
He decided it would be fun to step in Nike & G's full water bowl with both feet. #wetnikes
All I could do was laugh! Silly boy!
Maris & G$
Xander is figuring out the potty thing.
Well kind of! Lol!
Picnic with my favorite Lil' Man!
X-Man fell asleep while I was running. Awe! SO sweet!
We made Kevin a back scratch tee for Father's day and a cool mug Xander painted just for Daddy.
Xander giving Daddy his presents.
Xander's 1st Big Screen Movie
He was more excited about the popcorn than the movie. Lol!
He wasn't heavy enough to keep the seat down so we had to keep our legs on his chairs so it didn't fold up on him.
I think Daddy likes his shirt!
My son has excellent taste in toys! Apparently his favorite color is blue too!
Guns!
"Ty-red!"
This is one cool dude!
Another train ride.
Arrr!
Building ramps and train tracks is a daily thing at our house.
I got Xander a baby pool and it also serves as a water bowl for the dogs.
He loves playing with the water hose!
"I happy!"
This is a random, but hilarious picture. The shorter guy in the middle is our pastor. I swear he is average height and not a hobbit. The two guys on his sides are quite possibly some of the tallest people I have ever met in real life, both are named Bob incidently. The guy on the far right has a wife who is almost as tall as him. We have managed to sit behind them on a few occasions and church. Lol! The basketball coach in me hopes they were ballers! WOW!

Fun Stuff!!! I love all his expressions, he's a handsome little man :)
