These two months definitely seemed like one super long month combined. We all flew to Nevada to look for a house. We had a short term place lined up to rent. The plan was to try and find a place to buy and then Kevin would fly back to New jersey and get the mutts and our truck and then drive back out to Vegas. Xander and I would stay in Vegas.
Xander gets so excited at the airport these days. He seriously says "air pane" and points non-stop while we are there. He also loves running up and down the long hallways and wears himself out good for the flight. Thus far he has been a true champ when we fly. Everyone brags how good he is. Makes this Momma very proud!
It was like 2 am Vegas time here and he was wide awake checking out all the sights and sounds.
"Hello Las Vegas...Xander is here!" We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel. AMAZING! I would definitely recommend staying at this joint.
Meanwhile back in Bama, Mom is still enduring chemo treatments and Dad is taking excellent care of her. Amidst the chaos, Mom's struggle was always on my mind at heart.
Xander was a very sweet house hunting buddy. The 3 hour time change was pretty brutal on all of us though.
I made sure X-Man got some quality playtime too. There are lots of great parks in Vegas.
We did pack some trains to play with too.

He was asleep until we got to the airport and then he was all about watching the airplanes. He kept turning my head to make me watch the airplanes. Adorable little guy. However, I won't be taking anymore red eye flights. Boy I was exhausted!
He was a little under the weather when we first got to Bama. Fortunately we didn't make CC sick. Her counts were already pretty low.
