April 2016

April was packed with trips and lots of fun.
Our first trip was to Kansas to visit Liz and her kiddos. Bob was in Korea and her Mom passed away and we just wanted to love on her family.

The picture of me on the left was @ the OKC airport several years ago. Xander copied my pose. Love my Mini Me!

We left ridiculous early, the boys were exhausted. Momma too!

Xander ran across the terminal to give Liz a big bear hug!

Nap time!

Ollie Boy!

Park time with the kiddos.

Margot posing with Zeke.

Taking books off the shelf is one of Zeke's favorite past times.

I tried to get some cute pictures of him with the Harry Potter collection. He is so darn cute!

Walking to play.

Selfie Stick Silliness

Hopefully we brought some love and laughter to our dear friends. I hate the circumstances we visited under, but I'm glad we were able to go. Five littles is no joke, but I enjoyed spending time with my pal Liz.

Zeke wasn't a fan of the swing.

Real Crocodile Tears

Xander loved playing with the kiddos.

Follow the Yellow Brick Road

Xander didn't want to hug.

Make a wish or twenty.

Xander doing the Booty Bump for pictures.

Liz and her two youngest.

Xander hiding behind Zeke.

My guys!

The T-Rex cafe is super cool. The kids loved it.

Watch out Liz! Bahaha!

Porch and scooter fun.

Margot to the rescue. She ran super fast to catch the ball when Oliver threw it off the porch. I was quite impressed with her speed.

More playground fun with the crew.

Zeke did his best to keep up with the older kids.

Sabine insisted Xander call her Sissy, so he did, & corrected anyone who called her anything else.

Dandelion  fun!

Bubbles!

Tree Hugger!

So dashing with that mustache.

He slept very little unless I was holding him. Traveling with littles is always kind of tricky.

More bubble fun.

We loved going for walks around Ft. Leavenworth! Very historical and reminded me of my childhood.

Hehehehe!

Awe!

He is growing up so fast. Xander is an excellent climber.

Zeke was so close to walking everywhere.

This was fun until some of the flower went in his mouth. Hahaha! Cough cough!

This is what happens when the adults are outnumbered. Lol!

This is what happens when you forget a bag of potatoes in the cupboard. Liz about busted a gut laughing when she discovered this gem.

3D chalk glasses.

New kicks for Zeke.

Picnic fun with the Daniels.

Circus fun with the fam!

Both of the boys fell asleep during intermission and missed the best part of the show.

Zeke did wake up for the elephants.

 Tag on the trampoline.

Buckets!!!

Fun with Daddy.

Cute boys!

Funny faces!

Packing for our trip to El Paso.

Headed to see Poppy & CC.

Bro Code!

The boys are so good when we fly.

Hugs for CC!

Hugs for Poppy!

Almost walking.

Bubble fun!

Zeke was laughing so hard. Poppy was running all over with him to catch the bubbles. A few even popped on his head.

The perfect brownie, four edges, yummy!

Sup Pig!?

We always have a great time with Poppy & CC.

Silly guys!

Zeke's first movie. Zootopia!!!

Matching PJ's.

More fun...

Super Wings & Park with Poppy & CC while Mommy and Zeke nap.

He looks like he is completely happy.

Zeke loves crawling in to all containers.

Group shot.

De Mesilla fun.

He looks so grown up with CC's glasses on.

I totally had Xander convinced that this little bird statue was real.

 Play ground fun.

So I had this great idea to take pictures of Zeke in a cool basket my Mom has with big balloons to look like a hot air balloon.  I hate when I have these great ideas and I can't get the shots I want. It's very frustrating.  I'm posting a ton of these pictures to show you how much work actually goes in to getting one our two great shots. These are not exactly what I was hoping for, but they are hilarious.

The wind picked up every single time we went outside and the balloons were going crazy.  I actually lost the yellow balloon before I took a single picture. We moved to my parents back yard to try and get some pictures with some of the wind blocked. Nope. Not the look I was going for. Zeke was adorable though.

Then Dumplin' decided she want to participate too. I actually love these few pictures of Zeke's reaction.

Then Xander decided he wanted to drive the monster truck.

So we went back out to the original location I wanted to shoot at.

Poppy helping control the balloons.

Xander wanted to get in a few shots too.

Xander was actually trying to kiss Zeke but he kept moving, so it just look like he was trying to choke him. I promise he wasn't.

Zeke was reaching for the balloons and started to fall.

CC saved the day, but it still scared Zeke pretty bad.

Between the sun & the wind working against us we still managed to get a few cute shots and then I let Xander play with the balloons and let them go.

Cute little toes.

Time to say good bye.

Tickle time on the plane.

So happy to see Daddy.

Xander helping me bake Kevin a Tie-Dye Birthday Cake.
