We spent Christmas in Vegas and took off for Texas the very next day. We spent the night in Lubbock with Wendy & Rodney and then headed to Fritch on the 27th. Xander was excited to open more presents when we got there.
He is quite an expert now!

After a yummy meal and opening presents we surprise celebrated Rodney's Birthday! Our "surprise" almost scared Grandmother half to death, even though she knew it was coming.
So glad she was ok.
The next day was actually Helen's Birthday, so I made her this ridiculous big balloon hat to wear out to lunch.
The entire Riggan family met up for lunch. I believe this was the first time in 12 years since they had all been together.
They pulled off another surprise that wasn't quite so scary for Grandmother. A birthday cake in honor of her upcoming 90th Birthday.
She wanted Rose to eat a rose. Lol!
Silly faces!

Mooches!!!
Birthday girl!
Exploring outside.
Happy New Years!
Xander made me laugh so hard. He pulled the rope and made a loud "choo-choo" sound and then proceeded to say, " I've been waiting to do that my whole life!" Another line straight from Polar Express. He is so smart!
Trying to keep Izzie warm.
Everyone knows lawn deer are for riding! Lol!
I love this boy dearly!
Warming up by the fire with Daddy.
Nap Time.
Chillaxin!
Cuddles with Brooke.
Grandmother gave us all a scare when she fell down one night, she managed to not break anything, but was in quite a bit of pain for several days. Poor thing!
Trying on the puppies coats!
Xander loved bouncing on the big ball. He would count and sing and basically just put on a show.
Winter weather extended our stay by five days. The roads were icy and flights were canceled. Hopefully we didn't over stay our welcome.
Darlene throwing snowballs at the window for Xander since it was way too cold to take him outside to play. Thanks Darlene! He loved it!
She even brought some snow in for him to eat. Yummy!
The iPhone was a great tool to get sweet cuddle time with Xander.
Then we headed to Lubbock for our last few days to spend with Rodney & Wendy once the roads were better.
Kevin installed a big screen for his parents. Rodney enjoyed watching his Cowboys win that day!
We got to eat at Logan's and Chick-Fil-A, two of my favorite restaurants that we don't have in Vegas.
DELICIOUS!!!
Xander loved stealing Grandpa's hats to wear, even if they were Texas Tech.
Play time at Chick-Fil-A.
He loves napping on my belly.
Xander enjoyed playing with the kitty cat, even though the kitty cat didn't like playing with Xander.
Playing Giant Chess @ the airport.
Mean Mug!
This picture cracks me up. All you can see of me is my big ole' baby bump.
Flying home we saw a huge crater from a meteor.
Hoover Dam & Viva Las vegas!
